My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ming is a tiny 35 pound female with the most amazing ears. Her personality is sweet and friendly with both people and dogs. Ming was found as a stray, is recently spayed and as assimilated really easily into her foster home. She rides well in a car, walks well on a leash (a little pulling and enthusiasm), and loves to explore the yard. She seems to sleep fine in a crate (i.e. crate trained). Ming does great with kids, loves meeting strangers, is potty trained and travels well (she will come when called!). Ming is current on vaccines, is microchipped and is fostering in the Manteca, California area.November 6, 2024, 2:40 pm

Additional adoption info

We require an adoption questionnaire (found online at www.PeiPeople.com) from all prospective adopters as well an an adoption contract , home visit and a reasonable adoption fee. We do not have any "free" animals.

Any pets that are not already neutered upon rescue will be neutered before placement into homes, unless a medical condition prohibits surgery.

Adoption application

Go meet their pets

At this time we are showing pets by appointment. Most of the pets displayed here are in foster care, some are in kennels at boarding facilities and need foster homes. Please feel free to email us so you can fill out an application, which is required prior to meeting dogs

We are happy to send additional photos and bios of pets to prospective adopters.
