Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Introducing Garnet, the fluffy, fabulous big boy of the bunch! With his luxurious black coat adorned with subtle gray highlights and his sizable “toe beans,” Garnet is both a looker and a lover. He’s the biggest of his siblings and uses his strength to tackle them in epic play battles. But don't be fooled by his robust size—Garnet is a tender-hearted cuddle monster who will vocalize his desire for attention with charming little “pick me up” meows. He’s a food connoisseur, always eager for his next meal, and loves nothing more than hogging all of momma’s love and milk, despite being perfectly content with his wet kitten food. Brave, curious, and oh-so-affectionate, this long-haired handsome fellow is looking for a family who can appreciate his big personality and even bigger heart.
He would love to be adopted into a home with his mom Citrine! She's a super sweet and young mom at only 8 months old.

The Pre-adoption process allows us to get the adoption process started early, even though vetting isn’t complete. Per the Department of Agriculture rules and regulations, The Kitten Rescue Project is responsible for vetting all of its kittens before adoption is final. At this time the kitten is not fully vetted because he/she is too young. We expect vetting will be completed around October 20th, but could be delayed a couple weeks longer if he/she does not meet the weight requirement by our vet.
Once vetted, our kittens are dewormed, vaccinated, spayed or neutered, and microchipped.
Our feline adoption fee is $120, which assists in offsetting but does not entirely cover the expenses incurred for the animal's care and completion of essential veterinary care.
We do not place cats in homes based on the order of application received. Instead, we prioritize the earliest applications that are the best match for the kitten. We will prioritize applicants within a 2 hour drive of Atlanta, GA to help minimize the kitten's stress during transport.
Our adoption process does not happen in a single day. Typically, it can take at least a week for applications to move from submission to adoption.
We reserve the right to deny any applicant for any reason.
