This is my daughter's dog. She didn't realize that a NYC apartment is not a good home for a Husky.
She is very sweet and well behaved, but has lots of energy and needs to run. She loves being around other dogs. She is very friendly with everyone. She has the most beautiful soft fur I've ever seen on a dog. She does shed a lot, especially in the spring, but this can be controlled with proper grooming. She does not bark, except an occasional short bark to get my attention. She weighs 43 pounds. She just turned two years old. She is very healthy.
I would love to keep her, but I travel in the winter and cannot bring a dog with me.
The best home would have a fenced yard for her to run in, with lots of chew toys. A walk of 20 to 40 minutes every day and a weekly trip to the local dog park is her routine.
I would be happy to transport her to your location if you are outside the twin cities. She comes with a leash, bowls, toys, etc.
