Meet Axel!

Do you like big dogs? Do you like lap dogs? Do you like big dogs who think they are lap dogs? Then this handsome boy is for you!

Axel is fully house trained, knows how to sit, lie down, and shake. He is very easy to manage on a leash, and loves walks. He’s very treat motivated and ready to learn all the tricks. Who knows, this boy could be the one to grab you your slippers in the morning and flip on the coffee maker!

Once Axel loves you (which will take about 2 minutes!) he will follow you everywhere, even the bathroom! He is NOT one for privacy and personal space.

He loves everybody, and does great with kids and other dogs. He’s the definition of a good boy, and worships the ground his people walk on.

He is still a puppy, so he still needs to learn some manners and does best in his crate when there’s tasty people food around. Speaking of crate, he uses his crate as his safe space and knows how to “go to bed” and won’t make a peep all night.

Our standard adoption fee is $375 cash or check and $385 credit card ($10 processing fee). . It includes spay/neuter when age appropriate at our participating vets, age appropriate core vaccinations, fecal testing, deworming, flea and tick preventative,1st vet visit at one of our participating vets, and micro-chipping.

We must have an application, conduct a phone interview, and meet your entire family to approve an adoption. Applications will not be reviewed unless fully completed. An application does not commit you to adopting and does not guarantee adoption but does allow us to begin the review process.
