My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

*Indoor only*

Tallulah is a super affectionate tortie! Her favorite activities include lying in a cat tree, lying in a sunny window, and lying in the lap of her favorite humans. She does have trouble picking a favorite human, though. Talluluh gives occasional love nips as a way of showing affection, but she is gentle and sweet about it.

Tallulah takes a little bit longer to warm up to male cats vs female cats but with a slow introduction she has made friends with ALL of the cats in her foster home over the course of a few weeks. She has gotten along with other cats and loves meeting new people, especially if they bring her crunchy treats!

Adoption fee of $100 includes spay/neuter, FIV and FELV combo test, up-to-date rabies and distemper vaccinations, deworming treatments, flea treatments, and microchip.

More about this rescue

Shadow Cats TNR (SCTNR) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to assisting animals in need. Our mission is to establish and manage programs for the welfare of community cats, companion animals, and pet owners needing assistance, in collaboration with other community partners, rescue groups and shelters.

We specialize in controlling the community cat population through Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR). As a result of the TNR process, we often acquire, along with feral cats, friendly and semi-friendly cats and kittens. We work to place these cats into appropriate homes through our adoption and barn cat programs. SCTNR seeks to educate the public on the importance of spaying/neutering all pets as well as controlling the cat populations in our county.
