My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Miranda is a 4 month old corgi(?) shepherd(?) border collie(?) maybe(?) mix who was found stray among rows of a berry farm. She is hanging out in a foster home so we can learn more about her and so she can learn the ropes (and leashes) of life as a pet dog. Her foster reports that she is great in her crate and is doing great with potty training. She will thrive in a home that will continue positive reinforcement based training to help her learn more life skills and manners. She`s living with resident dogs, and Miranda has shown an affinity towards them but is still learning how to coexist with them respectfully - not uncommon for a `teenaged` dog! A home with a resident pup may be a fit provided there is a slow, thoughtful introduction and some management of their interactions. Miranda has a healthy appetite and is food motivated which is very helpful for positive reinforcement training. Talk to staff at our front desk to arrange to meet Miranda!
