My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

*Indoor only*

Hi, I'm Belle! I come from a big litter of eight kittens, and I've decided my job is quality control of all our toys. I am the first to check them out and see which are the best. The three layer trackball has gotten the highest marks from me so far, but our foster mom is pretty good at keeping us all entertained. I try to let everyone know it is the best by sitting on top of it to draw attention.

I love when anyone sees me there and comes over to compliment my choice, especially when they offer scratches and pets. It's even better when they pick me up and carry me around! I get along with all my siblings, but Poe is my favorite. (Don't tell the others!) I've met a few grown-up cats and I like them, too.

Adoption fee of $125 includes spay/neuter, FIV and FELV combo test, up-to-date rabies and distemper vaccinations, deworming treatments, flea treatments, and microchip.

More about this rescue

Shadow Cats TNR (SCTNR) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to assisting animals in need. Our mission is to establish and manage programs for the welfare of community cats, companion animals, and pet owners needing assistance, in collaboration with other community partners, rescue groups and shelters.

We specialize in controlling the community cat population through Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR). As a result of the TNR process, we often acquire, along with feral cats, friendly and semi-friendly cats and kittens. We work to place these cats into appropriate homes through our adoption and barn cat programs. SCTNR seeks to educate the public on the importance of spaying/neutering all pets as well as controlling the cat populations in our county.
