My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! My name is Honey and I'm at the Santa Maria Campus. I'm a 6 year old German shepherd mix who is eager for a new home!

I'm an active pup with a heart full of love and energy!

I'm all about playtime and adventures, and I can't wait to hit the trails or run around in the park. My high energy means I'm always ready for a game of fetch or a fun run with my favorite humans.

But don't let my enthusiasm fool you-I'm also gentle and sweet! I love to snuggle and show affection, making me the perfect companion for both active outings and cozy nights in.

If you're looking for a furry friend who's ready to keep you moving while also showering you with love, I'm the one for you! Let's create some unforgettable memories together!

Interested in meeting me? Adoption Centers are open daily 12-4:30pm, closed Wednesdays. Adoptions are on a first-come first served basis. For more information please email Adopt@SBHumane.org or call 805-964-4777.

When I am adopted, I will have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. My adopters will receive a certificate for a free veterinary exam and our partners at Purina will provide a supply of food for my first few days at home.
