Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Meet Mystic! This handsome young guy arrived at the shelter when his owner unfortunately passed. We don`t have a lot of history on him, but we know he lived with several other cats, some of whom were likely his litter mates. Since being in the shelter, Mystic has been a stand offish kind of guy. Much preferring a quiet conversation at a distance over cuddling. But don`t be fooled... Mystic is an outgoing, playful and goofy guy! He has formed strong bonds with the cats he has met in the shelter and is often found at the center of a cuddle puddle or seen playing and exploring new toys with his current pals! Mystic likely missed some socialization as a younger kitten and his now on the fearful and independent side. But he has shown some interest in interacting with staff and volunteers, particularly when he doesn`t feel threatened in any way (usually when people are on the opposite side of the glass), which leads us to believe he may come around and be a bit more social once settled and comfortable in his new home. Mystic should go to a quieter home where he can enjoy a life without chaos, so he shouldn`t go home with small kids or to any rambunctious dogs, but he MUST go home to a resident cat as he`s definitely a `cat`s cat` and generally prefers their company!
