Green eyed lady, Whoopsie Daisy , is a cat lovers dream come true ! She is super shy around strangers but after a day or two, let the cuddle sessions begin ! Complete with lots of wet kisses. She is good with other cats but don't know about dogs and very small children.

Adoption questionnaires can be submitted online directly from an animal's profile on ycspca.com or as a general adoption application from www.ycspca.org/adopt/ A staff member will contact you to review your adoption questionnaire, then a meet (adoption appointment) can be scheduled between the pet and the potential adopter. If you cannot complete the form online, please call 717-764-6109 or visit the shelter during our public browsing hours to complete a questionnaire. We are open for public browsing hours on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
We are open for scheduled adoption appointments every day of the week from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Other hours are available by request.
