Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Please visit leiashope.org for our adoption process.
Location: Decatur, IL
Snoop Dogg is a young cavalier puppy with a corkscrew for a tail. He is very sweet and likes to be with his person. If this means his foster is cooking then he has to be right there. He follows his foster parents everywhere!
Snoop gets along great with all the dogs he has met so far and he has discovered toys and loves to play with them. If he is not following his person or playing then he is napping in a dog bed.
His most favorite thing to do is snuggle! And he is the best at snuggles!
Snoop tested positive for Giardia, a common parasite found in mill dogs, and he will finish his meds soon and will be ready for a family to love him.
Snoop Dogg's adoption is $500. He is current on age appropriate vaccines, and has started his monthly heart worm prevention. Due to his young age he has not been neutered (we neuter at 6 months). We will reimburse $200 of the neuter when he is old enough. A neuter contract will be required. Visit leiashope.org for next steps.
PLEASE NOTE: We are a volunteer ran rescue with full time jobs. Please allow 7-10 days for application processing.
All of our dogs are in foster homes and a meet and greet is done ONLY after an approved application.
We do adopt out of the area. However, we do not ship or provide transportation. You must come to the location of the dog to meet and adopt. NO EXCEPTION. All family members and dogs must be present at the meet.
Dogs are a commitment for THEIR lifetime. For puppies this could be 15 years. If YOU cannot commit to the lifetime of the DOG, please do not apply. Puppies under 9 months must go to a home where there is someone home frequently (works from home or a partner is home), can adequately socialize and train the puppy, and can keep up with puppy energy!
