I turned up as a stray in someone`s yard and was brought to Animal Ark by the person who found me. I`m Wednesday, a black and white kitten. After arriving at the shelter, I went into a foster home where I could grow, play, and develop good social skills. My background is unknown regarding my attitude towards other cats, dogs, and children. I must have had a family somewhere, but somehow, we were separated. I would do best in a mature home with no children. It would be fantastic if I could go home with another kitten, or into a home with a playful cat or kitten who can help me develop good feline habits. If that sounds like you, please come meet me.

Submit Application

You are welcome to fill out the application online at https://animalarkmn.org/adopt/ or in person at the Animal Ark (2600 Industrial Court).

Meet the Pet

Please call ahead to make sure that the pet you are interested in is at the Ark and someone is available to show you the pet.

Approve Application

Home Check

For Cats we do a virtual home visit once the application is approved. For Dogs we do an in person home visit after we do a meet and greet.

5.
Take the Pet Home

Once a home visit is done and approved, we will set up a day and time for you to sign a contract and take the pet home!

Additional adoption info

We do not do same day adoptions.

Adoption Fees:
• Dogs and puppies: $200-$800
• Adult Cats: $180
• Kittens: $225
• Senior Cats: $125
