Hi there, my name is Nyla! I`m a female dog with lots of energy and love to give. I`m athletic, playful, and I love to run around and have fun. If you`re looking for a best friend and running buddy, I`m the perfect pup for you! Unfortunately, I can`t tell you too much about my past. I was found wondering the streets and was picked up by animal services. The nice folks at the shelter think I am about 3 years old, but I have no way of knowing for sure. What I do know is that I am ready to find my forever home. The folks at the shelter say that I would make a great addition to your family, so come meet me today and see for yourself! Just a heads up, the folks at the shelter are a bit old-fashioned and have some questions for you if you want to adopt me. They just want to make sure that I go to the best home possible. Submit Application

Applications can be obtained at the shelter or downloaded here: http://www.cleburne.net/265/Adoptions. We do not have an online app.

3.
Approve Application

Our adoption coordinator will contact applicant within 24 - 72 hours to inform of application status.

4.
Sign Adoption Contract

All adoption paperwork must be completed in person. Valid government issued ID is required and applicant must be over 18.

5.
Take the Pet Home

Take the Pet Home

Once contract is signed and fees are paid, the pet is able to go home right then. Be sure to check our website for detailed adoption info.

Additional adoption info

Pet Adoption Fee is $75.00 (we have adoption specials regularly so check out Cleburne Animal Shelter Facebook page for more info on specials)

Adoption fee include spay/neuter, rabies vaccination, microchip, age appropriate vaccinations, 30 days pet health insurance, and more!
