Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Mermaid has been with her foster mom since September 5th, she couldn't wait to be let out of the crate and immediately found all the great hiding places. However, she was inquisitive and had to know what was happening all the time she just wasn't ready to interact yet.
Mermaid can be very standoffish but once you have earned her trust look out as she will be right by your side or on your lap with the purr machine running full blast!
Her very sleek soft gray fur and big green eyes just look into your heart. She loves Meow Mix dry cat food and the tender centers all those little fish shapes!
Mermaid seems to get along with other cats, but I am sure she would prefer to be the Queen in charge. She also likes to play, she will chase balls around in circles or chase the laser light all day long. Another game she likes is hide and seek.
Mermaid would do best with either a single adult person or a family with older children that she can get to know and trust.
