My name is Charlie!

One of four kittens found stray with their mother in downtown Traverse City, Charlie was about 3 1/2 months old, with no human contact.  He was feral acting and could not be handled at all. With lots of patience and lickable treats, he now responds to his name, seeks attention, and rolls over for pets to his belly. He is still unsure of new people, sudden movements, and loud noises, but he is affectionate with his people and ready for a home. He likes other cats.  Charlie will do best in a quiet home with experienced cat owners. He would do fine with older children who are gentle and respectful.  We don’t know if he's been around dogs, but would probably adjust with very gradual introduction.
