Meet Jessie!

9 year old Jessie was adopted from Downey Shelter 4 years ago. Her mom passed away in May 2024 at the rich age of 96 years old. The family took care of her all summer but wanted better for her. On November 12th, Jessie was entrusted to us through our Final Wish Program. She is understandably pretty scared in a new place but is enjoying gentle petting from our staff and volunteers.

We will add more information about this sweet girl as she settles in. In meantime, please drop by to meet Jessie between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM!

We require that interested applicants fill out our application. A screener follows up via email to schedule a home inspection, meanwhile calling references.

Upon approval, it is required you come to Frosted Faces Foundation with all members of the family and your dogs to choose a Frosted Face.
