Nova is a 5 month old American Pit Bull Terrier mix. (AKA a land seal)
Nova was pulled as a small puppy from a local rural shelter by our board president.
When found, Nova was covered in fleas and had been a victim of neglect.
Since knowing love, Nova has made great strides in house-training, only having a few accidents if her foster mom miss her potty cues. She goes to the door when she needs out.
Nova is a smart girl, picking up on basic commands so quickly, and already knows sit! Her foster family are currently working on "shake" & "stay"

Nova has grown-up around a very busy toddler & another adult dog, and loves playing! Like all puppies, she is actively working on learning boundaries.
Like all of the young and the restless (not the soap opera-- we're talking puppies!), she has a lot of energy that requires exercise! She does best when she’s busy, but once she tires herself out, she will be the snuggliest girl.
Nova is available for PRE-ADOPTION, and will be available once her spay is completed at the end of the month. Please send your inquiries to acerescuegroup@gmail.com
