My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Notes from Gilbert`s previous foster:

Gilbert is an amazingly smart and super cuddly boy. He loves car rides and long walks. He loves playing fetch and running but is also just as happy to cuddle up on the couch or bed with you. He is housebroken and sleeps well through the night. He is ultra smart, obedient and a quick learner. He does seem to have a prey drive for bunnies & squirrels, and shows interest in cats, although it is unsure if he would not do well with them or is just curious.
As much as he likes being with humans, he doesn`t mind being independent when he needs to be, and does well when left home alone.
He does bark when someone approaches the house but stops when told to.

Gilbert is the perfect playmate, cuddle buddy & watchdog all rolled into one!

. Promoting compassionate and appropriate treatment of animals throughout Green and Lafayette Counties.
. Realizing the need to educate the general public in areas of animals' care, especially the need for spaying and neutering of animals to prevent further overpopulation.
. Diligently assisting law enforcement and the general public in the effort to end animal abuse.
