MEET CHAD! Chad is an approximately 2-year-old Chow Chow-shepherd mix in need of a new home! He was rescued from a California shelter and now is in a foster home in Ashland, Ore., where he shares his time with other dogs. Chad is a bit shy at first but once he's relaxed and settled, he's a happy dude! He loves to romp and play and explore his surroundings. He's good with kids and other dogs and is a nice, smaller size. He would love a home with a yard and doggy friends to play with, too, though a yard is not a necessity. Freedom Ride Rescue Inc. is a volunteer-run 501(c)(3) nonprofit rescue organization that saves hundreds of dogs and cats annually. We are an all-breed rescue, and do not shy away from tough cases. We believe all animals deserve a chance at a happy life, and we do our best to match people with their new pets. Every time a dog is adopted, it makes room for another needy dog, most often in an overcrowded shelter.

We adopt dogs/cats to people on the West Coast but also to other states as well, as we believe that animal lovers are everywhere! Please consider adopting one of our wonderful dogs or cats.
