My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

If you are looking for a mellow lap dog, Nick is your guy!  Nick is a 6 month old Schnauzer. Nick is a great lap dog - he loves to snuggle with you. If you don't, he will sit quietly and patiently at your feet until you want to. He is doing pretty well during the day with going potty outside, but nighttime is something his foster is still working on.  Nick is very even tempered and has taken all of the many firsts in stride. He came to his foster with his hair quite matted and they managed to get it trimmed off - he didn't even notice the scissors but the clippers were a little scary! He sleeps well at night and loves to be outside. He hasn't been kenneled or walked yet, more new things that his foster is confident he will take to beautifully.  He lives with 3 large dogs and another puppy and he doesn't pay the older dogs any mind. He plays sometimes, but he doesn't have near the amount of energy the other puppy has. He would probably do well in any home, but he is pretty mellow, even napping in the car. He would do best with others like him, mellow and snuggly!
