Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Calzone went on a doggie day out adventure with a volunteer on 11/9, here is what they had to say! `We had a great time with Calzone in the Historic Folsom District and around Lake Natoma. Calzone was anxious but quiet during the first car ride and upon arriving in Folsom. His anxieties gradually decreased as he got used to being around lots of people, noises, and new smells. We walked around downtown and then took the trail along Lake Natoma. Calzone was very sweet and friendly towards anyone who approached us. He did get worked up when other dogs came within sight, but he may have been uneasy because he was just neutered. On the leash, Calzone is generally relaxed and curious, finding the random smells of nature very interesting. He also seemed hesitant but fascinated by the river’s edge…maybe a future swimmer. Calzone grew comfortable with us and always wanted to make sure we were nearby—he is very loyal. The ride back to the shelter consisted of cuddling and sleeping.`
