My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Name: Nami Age: 4 years old Breed: Chihuahua mix Gender: Female Weight: 12 lbs Good with kids: yes Good with dogs: yes Good with cats: unknown Current on vaccinations: Yes Fixed: Yes Foster location: New London Application & Website: https://www.ourpackanimalrescue.com/adoption.html Adoption fee: $300 Adoption includes Certified Vet Inspection, and Prior vetting paperwork. Bio: Nami came to us from Texas from yet another hoarding situation. She came to us very scared and very cautious. She is a great example though, of the 3-3-3 rule of adjusting and also a great example of how important it is to trust the process and give these dogs time to decompress. Each and every day she has been in her foster home she has opened up more and more. She went from not even coming out of her kennel the 1st day, to hiding under the table the 2nd. By the 3rd day she was interacting with both dogs and people. She feels most comfortable with foster dad and especially enjoys snuggling on his lap. When he's gone she snuggles in his spot to keep it warm. Nami is now part of the pack and getting more comfortable each day. Through it all, she has been the sweetest, most gentle and loving pup ever. You can tell she adores the attention and is happy to be loved. She shows no food aggression and eats freely with other dogs. While potty training can vary from home to home, she has a great routine down currently and has been accident free so far. This awesome girl has quickly become a foster favorite and deserves the very best forever home to finally call her own. Our Pack Animal Rescue, Inc. Is an all foster based 501c3 rescue. License #487823. Meet and greets are arranged after an application has been approved.October 14, 2024, 12:39 pm
