My name is Bette!

This is Bette. She is 9-10 years old. She was previously my grandparents dog. When they passed, we took her home. Our house is a busy one with kids running around. She prefers a quiet, sedate home where she can sit on someone’s lap all day and chill. The exuberance of my sons stresses her out. She’d be the perfect companion for an older person who could shower her with love and affection! She chases her tail when she is excited, loves being dressed up and pampered. She gets anxious when left alone.
She ignores the cat, prefers focus on the humans, but will run around the yard with our cavie. She loves people and would be happy as an only dog.
Crate and house trained. My grandparents had a doggie door that she loved. She will not bark to go outside. She will walk to the door to indicate wants out. She will bark to come back in. She is trained to our invisible fence and does not wander or dig.
