We are hoping to find a better suited home for Teddy. He is 6 years old, house trained, and crate trained for when we aren’t supervising him. Recently one of our senior dogs has started to have behavior changes and will randomly attack Teddy. They have been friends up to this point , but something is changing in our senior and it’s becoming unpredictable. We have been having to keep them apart more often and don’t find it fair for either of them. Teddy is a go with flow kind of guy. He is happy to play with someone or another dog but also enjoys just playing on his own. We have 3 little kids, one being an infant, I would not say he is bad with them, but he certainly would trample the baby if we left him on the floor, he is just oblivious. Our older two have started to become fearful of him and his puppy like energy, it startles them. The only downfall I can think of is he can’t tell the difference between a kids toy and a dog toy, so he will chew the wrong things when left unattended.
