Courtney is still searching for her forever home, and this charming girl is ready to shine! While her siblings have found their happily ever after, Courtney is patiently waiting for the right family to come along and appreciate her gentle spirit.

Courtney’s journey began with her mama, Wanda, and her brothers and sisters, who were rescued during a TNR operation. Unfortunately, when we captured her and Nio, we discovered that someone had maliciously cut their ears off. It was heartbreaking to realize that they had been harmed in such a way, and our vet confirmed that this was not a result of TNR surgery. They were just tiny babies at the time, and it’s understandable that Courtney has been skittish due to the trauma she experienced.

While she takes her time to come around, with patience and love, Courtney is learning to trust again. She may need a quiet environment and a gentle approach, but her unique personality is waiting to shine. Once she feels safe, she’ll show you her affectionate side and enjoy those special moments together.

Saving Livy Cat Rescue is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization based in Florida. It all began with the love of all animals and saving Livy (Olivia Queen) from the hood of our car at 2 1/2 weeks old in the parking lot of a supermarket. She saved us more than we saved her and because of saving Livy, we won’t stop till we do our best daily to try and save all the cats.
