Meet Moe, a sweet and gentle Great Dane mix puppy in search of a loving family. Moe is a resilient little soul who has already faced more challenges than most pups her age. Found as a stray, Moe watched her mom and some littermates meet tragic ends, leaving her understandably skittish and scared at times. Despite her past, Moe is eager to love and be loved.
Moe is crate and potty trained, though she gets a bit anxious in the crate before eventually settling down. She’s fully potty trained, with only a few accidents as she adjusts to a new schedule. Moe adores her foster siblings and gets along wonderfully with cats, showing no interest in chasing or bothering them.
This adorable pup does well in the car and loves being with other dogs. She’s active and playful when she wants to be but can also be perfectly content lounging around—truly a perfect balance of energy and relaxation. Moe has a favorite toy—a rubber pumpkin—that she loves to chew on. While she hasn’t quite mastered fetch, she’s a pro at tug and tag with her dog friends.
Moe is still learning to be comfortable with regular household noises and struggles a bit with separation anxiety. She feels more secure with a canine companion around and thrives in an environment where she isn’t left alone for too long. Moe is a big fan of cuddles and is learning to trust people more each day. She has also overcome her food aggression in just a week, learning quickly how to be a household companion.
If you’re ready to open your heart to a loving, playful, and resilient puppy, Moe could be the perfect addition to your family. She’s eager to find a forever home where she can continue to grow and feel safe, surrounded by love and companionship.
All of our Great Danes are altered, if medically possible, fully vetted, micro-chipped, and on heartworm prevention or treatment prior to being adopted. Thank you for considering adopting a rescue dog, you're saving a life when you adopt.

More about this rescue
To rescue Great Danes from neglect, abuse, and abandonment while providing medical care and individual rehabilitation through our experienced and loving foster home program until we are able to provide each rescued Dane with a qualified, caring, and permanent home that will ensure a good quality of life they deserve.
To assist owners that cannot afford spaying, neutering or heartworm treatment as funds allow while also educating owners on affordable, local spay/neuter clinics, spay/neuter benefits, vaccinations, backyard breeding, behavior, nutrition, and obedience. Additionally, we want to be a link point to other rescues and clubs. Raising awareness around rescues and the Great Dane breed is of great importance to us.
We have been rescuing Great Danes since 2011 and we take pride in the collective love, concern, and dedication we have given to the misunderstood and forgotten Danes. It is our mission to continue to be the voices of the less fortunate Danes and to provide them safety and their birthright to a quality of life filled with love and dignity. You can help us achieve our mission by donating funds, items from our wishlist, items of relevance, your time through volunteering, or by lending your home as a foster.
