My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Rubble, a 3-year-old, 61-pound Mastiff mix with a heart as big as his love for toys! Rubble is the sweetest boy around, always ready to play and explore the outdoors. He’s quick to learn new tricks, already mastering 'sit' and 'lay' in a short time. Rubble is affectionate, social, and gentle, making him the perfect companion for someone looking for an interactive and fun-loving dog.

Rubble recently met a 10-year-old and did fantastic, showing his gentle and easygoing nature with children. At the shelter, he keeps a clean kennel and is impressively quiet, showing his calm demeanor. He’s highly treat-motivated and eager to learn, which makes training a breeze! Rubble also handles car rides like a pro. His favorite pastime? Carrying as many toys as possible, and he’ll happily tote them around all day long! Whether it's squeaky toys, plushies, or balls, Rubble loves them all.

If you're looking for a sweet, playful, and gentle companion who’s great with kids, Rubble is your guy! His minimum adoption fee is $295 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents.

He has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
