Meet Tammy, a stunning red and white young Husky with a heart full of love, just waiting for the right family to bond with. Shelter life has been a bit overwhelming for her, and she finds the environment quite scary, but behind her initial shyness is a sweet and fun-loving girl. Tammy is small for her breed, but her spirit is big, and she’s looking for a patient adopter who can help her build confidence and learn that the world isn’t so intimidating. With the right family by her side, Tammy is sure to blossom into an affectionate, loyal companion. She will thrive in a calm, supportive home where she can go at her own pace and feel safe. If you`re ready to offer Tammy the love and guidance she needs, she will reward you with a lifetime of devotion and joy. Could you be the one to help this beautiful girl find her confidence and happiness? Come meet Tammy today!
She is sharing a kennel with a puppy. If you have a dog who is looking for a friend, bring it to the shelter for a meet and greet to see if they are a match.
Tammy recently met some social dogs at our shelter and did fine. She wasn’t ready to play, but we hope that as she gets more experience in our shelter playgroups, she’ll be ready to show us her silly side with other dogs. Looking for a buddy for your dog? Bring him/her to the shelter for a meet and greet and see if we`re a match! Check out her playgroup video here:
