Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This is a courtesy post for a private foster. Please contact her directly at moonstreams@yahoo.com
Meet Bella, an adorable tabby and white kitty on the lookout for her forever home! This petite sweetheart has a playful spirit, adores toys, and loves nothing more than curling up on a lap to enjoy some CatTV.
A Journey of Resilience
Bella's journey began in a challenging environment where she was initially very fearful. She would cry for food while being chased away by other strays, often hiding under cars for months, waiting for her chance to eat. Despite her timid nature, Bella has an abundance of love to give and is ready to share it with a kind-hearted human.
Ideal Home Environment
Bella thrives in a calm and quiet home where she can continue to build her confidence. She is affectionate with both humans and other friendly kitties, eagerly sharing her love with anyone who shows her kindness. Bella formed a close bond with her friend Romeo, learning how to lounge comfortably indoors and discovering the joy of playtime. Her purrs have become more frequent as she embraces the fun of toys.
A Heartfelt Loss
Tragically, Bella lost her best friend, Sun and Moon, due to an undiagnosed heart condition. This loss has left her feeling lonely and wistful. Bella would greatly benefit from a gentle and patient companion—both human and feline—who can help her heal from the past experiences of meanness from other cats.
Building Trust
While Bella may be shy at first and doesn't demand attention (unless there's a storm), her personality truly blossoms when she feels secure and valued. She loves snuggling up in bed and showering her humans with kitty kisses. A peaceful environment is essential for Bella as she learns to trust again.
Dietary Needs
Bella should be kept indoors only, but she would appreciate access to a small, safe catio or screened-in porch for some fresh air. Additionally, she thrives on a wet food diet, which is vital for her health.
If you think you can provide Bella with the loving home she deserves, please consider adopting her.

More about this rescue
We rescue animals from high kill shelters or abandoned local strays and foster them until they find an adoptive home. Our southern branch also goes out on emergency rescue calls for cats in drain and sewer pipes, up trees, stuck in walls etc. Transport in available up and down the state of CA. We also TNR local stray and feral populations. The plight of homeless animals moves us deeply. It is unspeakably horrific to see gentle loving animals killed simply because they are homeless. While we cannot save them all, each one saved deserves it. We are a 501c3 registered, CA non-profit corporation.
