Yeti is a middle aged, bluetick coonhound who was found romping around in the woods and never claimed. Likely a hunting dog, Yeti is looking for a hound lover who will teach him all the good things that house dogs need to know! Yeti loves people and is always up for an adventure! He's a strong, euthuastic guy who needs exercise and a place to play! He seems to be good with other dogs but cats are a definite no.

Yeti is neutered and vaccinated for dhlpp, bordetella, and rabies. He has a 4DX heartworm test and microchip with lifetime registration. He is on monthly parasite prevenatives..

Yeti has lived with me while getting healthy and ready to move onto to his happily ever after. Unfortunately, I'm not able to give him the care that he needs at this time and could really use your shares to help him find a soft spot to land.

Yeti is located in Highland County, Va but transport to surrounding areas is available. Yeti is available for adoption, foster or transfer through Highland County Humane Society so please contact Corena K Huffman if you have room for a big ol' hound dog in your home and heart!
