My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! My name is Cheerio and I'm at the Santa Maria Campus. I'm a 3 year 10 month old, male, domestic shorthair who is eager for a new home!

I thrive in a calm and quiet environment where I can feel safe and comfortable. I might be a bit shy at first, but with a little patience, I know I can come out of my shell and show you my loving side.

I would love to settle into an adult home where we can enjoy peaceful moments together. Whether it's lounging in a sunny spot or curling up on the couch, I'm ready to be your companion. If you're looking for a gentle friend to share your quiet life with, I'd be thrilled to meet you!

Interested in meeting me? Adoption Centers are open daily 12-4:30pm, closed Wednesdays. Adoptions are on a first-come first served basis. For more information please email Adopt@SBHumane.org or call 805-964-4777.

When I am adopted, I will have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. My adopters will receive a certificate for a free veterinary exam and our partners at Purina will provide a supply of food for my first few days at home.
