My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Morticia is a sweet girl that may not have had the best life. But we can change that. She is a 40lb foxhound girl that is crate and house trained. She loves to play with toys, she will throw them around and play by herself - it is so cute, her foster mom is trying to get a video. She likes to gets pets but is shy until she knows you will not hurt her. She is so happy to have food, a warm safe place to sleep and toys to play with (she carries one into her crate for company).

If you are interested in adopting Morticia, please submit an inquiry directly to Greater Charlotte SPCA by visiting charlottespca.org/adopt. The adoption amount is a suggested donation of $200 to $300 dollars based on the pet's age.

**Because our rescue is composed entirely of volunteers, local applications will take precedence. We will accept out of town applications, but any family is responsible for coming to Charlotte to complete a meet and greet. All out of town applicants will also have to be willing to drive to Charlotte to pick up the pet as soon as they are approved to adopt. **
