Meet Drews! He’s dapper, dazzling and daring – this handsome guy has it all!
Drews is a beautiful boy and a true social butterfly! He excitedly greets everyone he meets with the cutest little bounces and wiggles. He is a smart, active pup who loves to show off his playful side. He also loves to go on long walks where he can sniff things along the way. He has great leash manners, walks very well in busy areas and is unphased by the sounds of the city. When it’s time to relax, Drews adores getting pets and scratches, and it doesn’t take him long to lean in for more!
Drews is a regular attendee of our doggy playgroup, and he is a big fan of all his canine friends! He has been enthusiastically working on his doggy manners and social skills, and he has proven to be a fast learner. He is blossoming into a very affable young dog! In his new home, Drews hopes to continue working on his training and learning new things. Tasty treats are the way to his heart, so training is always fun for him!

**The ASPCA is committed to prioritizing the health and safety of the community, the animals in our care and our staff, and we are keeping a close eye on developments related to the COVID-19 crisis as they evolve. As such, the ASPCA Adoption Center in New York City is currently closed for in-person visitors. However, we are excited to offer remote adoptions using video conferencing! In-person meet-and-greets are also sometimes available or required for specific animals. Please check out our available cats and dogs above, and if one catches your eye, apply directly for him or her. An ASPCA Matchmaker will let you know if the animal you are interested in adopting is eligible for or requires an in-person meet-and-greet.
Please note: Adoption applications are handled in the order they are received and submitting an adoption survey does not constitute a hold or guaranteed adoption. You can expect to receive automated emails updating you on your adoption status as our Matchmakers go through applications. Thank you for your patience, and we hope you find your match!**
