My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Boba is a Courtesy Listing and is not housed at the Animal Shelter. Please note that the City of Bloomington Animal Care & Control accepts no responsibility for this pet. Potential adopters are responsible for communicating directly with the pet's guardian. Right now I have a total of 3 cats and he does well with the others although I think he would also do well on his own. He is very cuddly, playful and social! He has only been around kids a few times but he seems to do well. I am not sure if he would do well with dogs.I think he tends to get more territorial with other boy cats but he is not aggressive in any way. He will tend to have accidents where my other big cat lays. If you are interested in Boba please email:johnstri691@gmail.com or text: 317-909-1293. ***Please ignore the Apply to Adopt button for this pet & contact the owner directly***

Additional adoption info

Please come in and visit with our pets available for adoption. Once you find an animal you would like to adopt, you will be asked to fill out an adoption survey and meet with an adoption counselor. We do require landlord approval and we do not adopt out animals to live completely outside. Our adoption fees are $75 for dogs and cats under 5 years old and $55 for those 5 years and older.

The shelter has very active volunteer and foster programs. Volunteers walk dogs and help with cat care. Fosters take young, shy and injured animals into their homes to prepare them for adoption. Learn more on our website and consider getting involved today!
