My name is 45261 - Casper!

Casper (45261) is such a lovely boy. He is a 7 year old gray and white neutered male cat looking for his forever home. Casper came into the shelter as a stray, so not much is known of his past. He can be reserved initially with new people. However once feels comfortable, he loves to come up and rub against your legs asking for head rubs.
