This charming guy is quickly picking up house rules-he's never had an accident indoors! Howie gets along fabulously with his foster brother, a five-year-old male Beagle mix. They have a blast wrestling and chasing each other around the yard, often curling up together for cozy naps afterward. When left alone, Howie is a total champ, usually settling down in his playpen without making a sound.
