Pear

This adorable little boy is approximately 10 weeks old! He is house trained, microchipped, up to date on vaccinations, and will be neutered once he is old enough! Until he is fixed he will be Foster-to-Adopt!

Pear is more outgoing than his brother, Papaya, and really enjoys playing with the other cats in the home! He also loves to play with the Foster’s dog, and will rub himself all over him and nuzzle right in, however he will skitter away if the dog gets too bouncy! So, while he is very outgoing, he still has a shy/timid side. He is currently living with a kiddo that he enjoys hanging out with! Pear is a purr-machines and loves to snuggle! We know he would make any family very happy!

Step 4: Vet Check
Step 5: Home Visit
Step 6: Adoption!

As we are a rescue group, we don't have a shelter, just loving foster homes throughout Muskoka. Please contact us to make an appointment to see an animal.

More about this rescue

We are a volunteer-based, donation-only service that provides adoption services for people who are looking for a new furry addition to their family. We also provide non-judgemental, supportive help for people who are surrendering their companion animals.

We provide free advice and suggestions to people who are experiencing issues with their pets, including but not limited to behavioural issues, training advice, surrender help, and much more: spay/neuter education, advice and referrals.

We have a screening process that includes an application, telephone screen and a home visit to make sure the people are "as good as they sound on the phone". We also contact their vet and do a reference check.

We are committed to helping people find homes for their pets because we care about our community and love animals.
