My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Piper is the kind of girl who steals your heart without even trying. At just a year and a half old, she’s full of youthful energy and endless potential. Like many young dogs, she’s still figuring out her world. With a little guidance and training, she’s sure to blossom into the perfect companion.
What makes her truly special is her soft, sweet side. She may be all hops and wiggles when she’s excited, but the moment you sit with her, she melts.
In her adoption highlight video, she spent the whole time curled up with her head in Annabelle’s lap, soaking up all the love and attention like it was her favorite thing in the world. Scratch her chest or rub her belly, and she’ll stay there as long as you let her, gazing up at you with those big, soulful blue eyes like you’re her entire universe.
She does great in smaller packs and knows how to show respect to the older dogs. But don’t let that fool you—Piper is full of personality, so much so that she never knows what she’s supposed to be doing, so she does it all! She’s definitely a cuddler but also has that playful, fun-loving spark that makes her so charming. Tiny as she is, she has a big love for treats and is always eager for more!
Piper is definitely looking for someone who can keep up with her high-energy moments while cherishing her snuggly side. Piper needs a home where she can play hard, love harder, and grow into her perfect self. If you’re ready for a little chaos and a whole lot of love, Piper can’t wait to meet you. More about this shelter

We are committed and wholeheartedly dedicated to providing family and emergency services involving rescuing, sheltering, fostering, vetting, adoption and transportation of
"at risk" or "death row" husky and other large dog breeds.

Our goal is to not only provide these services in larger facilities than we currently have but also to use our resources to educate and raise public awareness on the benefits of properly caring for and keeping their pets and/or adopting from shelters and not shopping from breeders.

Our mission is to share our knowledge on the pro's of spay and neuter, the cons of backyard breeding and provide sound advice and services that help the community manage their day to day with their furry family members. Together, we can greatly reduce the number of unaltered, unvaccinated animals in our communities and put a dent in the homeless population by providing access to family services as well as spay, neuter and chip id programs.
