Apollo and Hera are two curious, fun, and cuddly kittens (estimated birthdate 7/9/2024) who would be a lovely and sweet addition to your family. Just watch out anytime you go to sit down in a comfy spot around them - you'll be stuck under a pile of napping kittens before you know it!
These two are a bonded pair who love to play with each other, take care of each other, and snuggle together when they're resting. They enjoy climbing their cat tree and running after toys thrown for them - from fabric mice to balls of crumpled paper.
Apollo is a total people cat. He has nonstop purrs when he's getting attention and is super affectionate. One of his favorite spots is in the crook of your elbow. He has a tendency to go limp when picked up, just happy to be hanging out. Or he might turn himself around and around to get more lovin', or climb up and over your shoulders just to slip back down into your arms. Beware - this little angel has a devilish side, still learning that feet dangling off the couch are not targets for attack. Throwing toys is a good way to distract him when he gets in a rambunctious and silly mood!
Apollo and Hera are the whole adorable package, full of character, mischief, and affection. We feel they would probably adjust to living with a friendly dog, and could also be a good fit for a family with cat-friendly, respectful children. Kittens are learning but can still get excited and try to play with a little too much claw!
All kittens must be adopted with another kitten or into a home with another young cat with which he or she can play and socialize. The majority of no-kill rescues nationwide adhere to this policy. This policy is NOT based on a desire to increase our number of adoptions, rather it ensures that the kittens we rescue, nurture, and love are adopted into homes that offer the best possible environment for their social development.
