My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Breck is such a sweet and snuggly Australian shepherd puppy. He’s the perfect mix of energetic floof combined with calm and cuddly moments. He enjoys racing around and exploring but also loves a good snuggle. His favorite things are toys and adventures but also belly and booty rubs.

Breck is doing well in the crate and is working on potty training and leash skills. He has some issues with his hearing so he’s working on touch commands. He’s a quick learner so we expect him to pick up signals quickly.

Breck is good with other dogs and with children. He would do fine in a home with a friendly dog or would be great as a solo pup. He requires a home where someone has herding dog experience or at least the willingness to learn touch commands. He would do best with a physical, fenced yard and someone who is around much of the day.

Breck is being fostered in the St. Louis area.

The first step in adoption will be to fill out an application. Once the application is approved, we will contact you. We may also request a home visit which will be done by one of our volunteers. Our goal is to not only find our pups a safe home but ensure it is a good match for the adopter and the pup.

Our adoption donation fee is $300.00. This includes the spay/neuter and the pup being current on vaccinations, heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, and microchipped.
