My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

**Meet Bailey – A Survivor with a Heart of Gold!**

Bailey's journey to Hillcrest began under tough circumstances. She was rescued from a cruelty case, arriving with hardly any fur and a broken spirit. But this resilient girl has blossomed into a beautiful, joyful pup, thanks to the love and care she’s received. With the right medication and time, Bailey has grown into her true self – a dog full of life and love.

Bailey is house- and crate-trained, making her a wonderful companion who fits right into a home. She’s a social butterfly who gets along well with other dogs, making her an excellent playmate. Bailey is also incredibly smart and toy-driven, especially when it comes to playing fetch – one of her favorite pastimes! Bailey is always ready for fun, whether it's a quick game in the yard or just hanging out by your side.

If you're looking for a loyal, playful, and resilient dog to join your family, Bailey is your girl! She’s been through so much and is now ready for her forever home where she can give and receive all the love she deserves. Will you be the one to give Bailey her happily ever after?

More about this rescue

Hillcrest Animal Rescue is a 501c3, non-profit organization dedicated to saving as many homeless, neglected and abused animals as our resources allow. All of our rescues are placed in loving foster homes and receive thorough medical care. Each companion animal is heartworm tested and treated if positive; placed on monthly heartworm and flea/tick prevention; altered and micro chipped. Every animal receives a full complement of vaccines depending on risk and immune status. Chronic pain is not acceptable with animals in our care. We will take whatever measures are necessary to ensure that all of our animals are living free of pain and disease. To summarize our belief in veterinary care, any animal at Hillcrest Rescue receives the same level of veterinary care as if she or he were the only animal we have.
