Brody is a beautiful, fluffy kitten with a heart full of love for people! At just 7 months old, she’s already a devoted lap cat with a soothing purr that starts up as soon as you speak to her. Her soft blue eyes and gentle nature make her an irresistible companion. Currently in foster care, Brody is searching for the perfect home, and her top request is simple—a cozy spot next to someone who will shower her with affection and pets.

She enjoys watching the world from windows, climbing cat trees, and lounging in soft beds. Brody isn’t picky about what’s on TV, as long as she has a place beside you. She thrives on attention, loves being talked to, and will follow you around asking for more snuggles.

Unfortunately, Brody’s luxurious long fur was neglected, leading to painful mats that required a close shave in some areas. As her coat grows back, she’ll need regular grooming, like most long-haired breeds such as Persians. Despite her past, Brody is healthy, fully vetted, microchipped, and has perfect litter box manners.

This sweet girl will need a patient adopter who understands that the transition to a new home might be confusing for her at first. She’ll take some time to feel safe and settled. Brody would do best as the only cat or in a home with calm, friendly feline companions. She’s currently being fostered in Burke, VA, and her rescuer in Egypt formed a deep bond with her. Because of this, we kindly ask that her adopter be open to providing occasional updates and staying in touch.
