This 4 1/2 month old dachshund mix is looking for a vacation foster or a foster-to-adopt family!! Humphrey is one of our newest members of the LCDR family. Jess as sweet as he is cute, and he has been thriving in his foster home. Don’t you just love that little white beard?
He’s getting along great with the other dogs, and he got along well with the kids in his former home. Cats are an unknown, but we would love to facilitate an introduction, as we believe he would do okay.

Their adoption process

1.
Interview

We will do an over the phone or in person interview with our adoption counselor.

2.
Home Check

We will need a video of your home. We need to see the front numbers of your home, a quick inside walk through and a detailed backyard video.

3.
Meet the Pet

Meet and greets are done at events or at foster homes. These include all members of the family including all pets.

4.
Sign Adoption Contract

Adoption contract will be completed before dog is allowed to come home.

5.
Pay Fee

Adoption fee is range by the age of the dog.

6.
Take the Pet Home

Pets will only be taken home at our adoption events so all paperwork can be given.

Additional adoption info

If for any reason we see signs of the dog or puppy not doing well in the meet and greet we will remove them from the situation. Foster to adopt is available for many adult dogs.
