My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

WEIGHT: ~9lbs.

For any of you struggling with the wild full moon energy out there, here's Tinkerbell. Another cute puppy face to get you through.

This sweet but very shy little pixie is a nearly-five-month-old Terrier mix puppy looking for a home where she can feel safe and secure. She is one of the ten dogs who came out of a hoarding situation in Salinas over a month ago, and still needs some confidence boosting.

She may not initially look like she wants to be picked up but she melts into your arms and does enjoy snuggling up close and getting comfy in your arms. The world is still just a big scary place to this little nine pound girl. However, we have seen that the presence of other confident dogs really helps her come out of her shell!

Tinkerbell is currently here at the shelter and might not look like she wants to meet you during Browsing Hours (Wed-Sun) -- but she really does!
