My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Gandalf was rescued from the Routt County Animal Shelter and is 7 months old and around 42 pounds right now. Gandalf, or Gandy for short, is such a sweet boy who loves to go run/walk in the parks, mountains, and trails just as much as he likes to chill at home and sleep or play with his favorite toy, his rubber stick. He loves playing with other dogs and is good off-leash in open areas. For a puppy, Gandy is pretty calm; he doesn't bark or jump much at all and is well mannered. He is extremely smart and very food driven so he has been able to learn lots of commands. The commands he knows well are sit, down, place, crate, stay, shake, come, potty, & dance. He will also wait to eat or enter/leave the house until you say ok. We have been bell training as well. Gandy can be a bit shy randomly but is super sweet and never been aggressive. He sleeps great in his crate overnight too but doesn't love being alone all day. Gandy is a great boy in need of his forever home.
