Sweet beautiful Lu! Calm, curious and playful. She was found with two other siblings and an adoptive mother. All have since been adopted, which has given Lu the time to come out of her shell.
Lu is quite shy and requires patience, but won over with toys and Churu treats. Then you can scoop her up and she’ll purr away in your arms. If you’re lucky she’ll let you give her a belly rub.
She is curious about our three resident cats but reads cues very well in knowing when they’ve reached their kitten limit. We also have resident dogs that are a bit too boisterous for her. I imagine a calm, quiet, respectful pup would make fast friends with her. She wants to be in the mix at all times whether it is through play or observation. She is our consistent litter box cleaning supervisor, and really keeps an eye on all the happenings.
Lu would thrive in a variety of homes as long as her new fam is able to be patient and allow her to blossom!!!

Meet the Pet
After approval, a meet & greet is set up between potential adopter and foster parent/cat.

Sign Adoption Contract
After a successful meet & greet, it will take at least 48 hours until finalizing the adoption is complete. Contract is signed & fee is paid.

Cats under 1 year old: $150 + 8% sales tax = $162
Cats aged 1-10 years old: $100 + 8% sales tax = $108
Two kittens under 1 year old: $225 + 8% sales tax = $243
Senior Cats (10+ years old): $75 + 8% sales tax = $81
* You must be 18 or older to adopt. If you’re under 18, you must have a parent or guardian submit an application on your behalf.
* All cats must be kept indoors. In special circumstances, we may waive this requirement on a case-by-case basis.
* We do not adopt to any home that will declaw an animal. Declawing is cruel and unnecessary.
* All cats/kittens must be spayed/neutered prior to adoption.
* Kittens under 6 months must be adopted in pairs or into a home with another active cat or cat-friendly dog.
* Your adoption fee helps to cover a small part of the costs of veterinary care. However, we strongly recommend that you take your new kitty to your vet for a check-up shortly after adopting to establish a relationship and a lifetime of regular check-ups and care.
