Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mimi Cai is a very energetic kitten whose curiosity knows no bounds. He is affectionate but not overly so - he might not come to you, but he’ll enjoy your pets just as much if you go to him. He loves to explore and will gladly play with you. He is not very chatty but will teasingly complain once in a while. Although he might not come right up against you, he will stay with you in the same room. You can pick him up and cuddle with him whenever you want - Mimi will not complain (or miss an opportunity to play!)

Mimi Cai is affectionate, athletic, brave, cuddly, curious, friendly, playful, gentle, lazy, and quiet.

Mimi is about 6 months old and is neutered, FeLV positive, FIV negative, current on shots, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and litter box trained.

Verification of veterinarian and personal references as well as Landlord (if applicable).

After approval, a meet & greet is set up between potential adopter and foster parent/cat.

5.
Sign Adoption Contract

After a successful meet & greet, it will take at least 48 hours until finalizing the adoption is complete. Contract is signed & fee is paid.

Adoption Fees (without the 50% off discount):

Cats under 1 year old: $150 + 8% sales tax = $162
Cats aged 1-10 years old: $100 + 8% sales tax = $108
Two kittens under 1 year old: $225 + 8% sales tax = $243
Senior Cats (10+ years old): $75 + 8% sales tax = $81

* You must be 18 or older to adopt. If you’re under 18, you must have a parent or guardian submit an application on your behalf.
* All cats must be kept indoors. In special circumstances, we may waive this requirement on a case-by-case basis.
* We do not adopt to any home that will declaw an animal. Declawing is cruel and unnecessary.
* All cats/kittens must be spayed/neutered prior to adoption.
* Kittens under 6 months must be adopted in pairs or into a home with another active cat or cat-friendly dog.
* Your adoption fee helps to cover a small part of the costs of veterinary care. However, we strongly recommend that you take your new kitty to your vet for a check-up shortly after adopting to establish a relationship and a lifetime of regular check-ups and care.
