My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

****COURTSEY ADOPTION LISTING FOR UNDERDOG HEROES***
We are processing adoption applications for our rescue partner.

Meet Betty!
This spirited one-year-old terrier may be small, but she has a BIG personality.

Betty gets along wonderfully with dogs, cats, and older children, making her the perfect addition to any loving home.

Rescued from the shelter as a stray, she’s crate trained, though she’ll certainly tell you what she thinks about it when she first goes in.

Betty loves to be held and snuggle.

She adores her foster dog siblings, but if playtime gets a bit too rowdy, you can bet she’ll have the final word!

She is working on her potty training, and will need continued help with that at her new home.

Additional adoption info

Our adoption fees are as follows:

Suggested donations are based on the size, breed, age, and temperament of each individual dog.

Adoption Fees range between $95 -$300 and are based upon breed (pure or mixed), age, health, socialization (i.e. good with dogs, cats and kids)

Your donation is a tax deductible expense and it goes toward funding our rescue efforts.

Our Rescue Retirement Program is designed to place our older dogs into homes where the adopter is home more often than not; therefore Critter Crossings WAIVES the $95 donation for our dogs aged 8 and up when the adopter is a Senior Citizen, aged 55+

Tazzy Fund is a 100% volunteer run rescue and we do not have a shelter location for our dogs. All of our dogs live in the foster homes of our volunteers, so that we can assess them in a normal living environment. We do require an adoption application be completed and approved prior to scheduling introductions with our dogs.
