My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Piper has a rough early life. She was living outside and some kids were playing with her but the family wasn’t able to feed or take care of her so we offered to take her in as she was horribly thin and an injured eye. She is permanently blind in her right eye and had an injury to her pelvis that has healed. Despite all the challenges she faced she is so sweet and a cuddle bug. Like any kitten she plays well and runs around just fine. She lives with dogs, a cat and kids so she is well adjusted to a lot of noise and activity. She is talkative too. She will be spayed and tested for FIV and Felv on October 22 along with getting her shots. So she will be available to go to her forever home after the 22nd. She will need to be indoor only and not declawed. We are a small rescue so we don’t have an application to fill out however we like to talk on the phone to make sure she will be a good fit for the adopter. An agreement will need to be signed upon adoption. Why adopt from us? I am a certified feline behaviorist and so I am committed for the life of the kitten to ensure a smooth transition into her new home and help with any questions that may come up. I also can teach clicker training so you can have fun and build a stronger bond with Piper. Please give me a call or text at 931-337-4199 . Please NO email. Thank you for your interest in little Piper she will make a very sweet and loving addition to any family or person. :)

Contact me and we can arrange a visit to my home as all the cats live with me which gives them the most socialization and behavioral training that I can do for the cat.

More about this rescue

I am a very small cat rescue in the country. I lovingly raise and care for cats and or kittens in my home. I spend a lot of time socializing kittens so they will be able to be integrated successfully into their future forever home. I believe socializing is extremely important to prevent behavior problems later. The kittens will be exposed to kids, dogs, and other cats as well as be able to have their nails trimmed easily, be used to going into a crate, and be fully vetted and ready to go when they find their permanent home. I love all animals but cats are my true passion and love. I have been rescuing cats for over 15 years. The best way to get a hold of me is via phone for a quick response to questions. I prefer phone calls to texts . Thank you so much for your interest! Kim :)
