My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

PEACHES, 11 lbs., mother of Tom and Jerry, appears to be a Gorgeous, Fluffy MIX of
Russian Blue/ diluted Ginger Tabby.

She likes to sit next to you while she gets head and chin scatches.

She is litterbox trained, spayed, and has received her series of vaccines and rabies shots.

An indoor cat,
she minds the herding dog in the house.

Not a picky eater but she has taught Tom and Jerry to stand up on their hind legs and dance around for their dinner.

She is microchipped, but not currently registered.

She is very sweet natured, reserved and very calm.

She has stayed with her 2 boys, everyday since their birth. All 3 cats are best of friends and would have an easier transition all going to your new home together.

Please consider this lovely cat trio to bring charm and lots of purrs to your home.

More about this shelter

A not-for-profit organization, Monroe County Friends of Animals help the County by raising funds to build a new facility for our animals. It is called the Eastbourne Animal Center and has now replaced the old Monroe County Animal Shelter. They provide volunteers, fundraising events, grant writing and more. There is always a need for more volunteers. With a small budget, donations are a welcome necessity. We have developed educational programs to promote spay/neuter and humane care of all animals.
